Senior Farewell is an annual inspirational celebration for all seniors and their families. This event gives the senior class the opportunity to come together to pause and reflect on this rite of passage. Seniors will be sharing memories, talents, and reflections upon the friendships and experiences gained at Issaquah High.
This Issaquah High School event is meant to bring our diverse community together and honor the senior class, providing them with the opportunity for reflection and the sharing of joy and appreciation with each other, teachers, family and friends.
Refreshments will be served after the event. Seniors are asked to come in their caps & gowns. This will be an excellent time to take photos with family and friends!
Farewell Speech for Seniors: The weird thing about farewell and graduations is that getting graduated is both the happiest moment of your life and can be the saddest moment of your life simultaneously. We would like to make this farewell to our seniors one of the happiest and most memorable days of their life but […]
“May the lessons learned and the friendships made be the compass for your future endeavors.Farewell, seniors!” “A heartfelt farewell to the seniors who leave behind not just memories but a lasting impact on the entire institution. Best wishes!”
“Although this is goodbye, the lessons you've taught will stay with me forever.Thank you for all the time and inspiration!” “Your guidance has shaped my future, and I'll be forever grateful. Farewell and goodbye.”
“I am sorry to see you go and hope that we will meet again. All the best for your future endeavours.” “Best wishes on your future endeavours. I'm sure we'll cross paths again someday!”
Navigating the Emotional Journey of Saying Goodbye
Acknowledge and Express Your Emotions. When facing the imminent loss of a loved one, it's natural to experience a range of emotions, including sadness, grief, anger, and even guilt. ...
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.” “Yesterday is what brought you to today.” “Graduation is the first step of the next chapter of your life.” “Dear future self, 'Always remember who got you where you are today.'”
"Farewell" is a rather old-fashioned way to say goodbye. Today, in everyday English communication, we don't really use it very often. However, you may see this in movies that take place a long time ago. They might say, "Farewell," instead of goodbye.
I wanted to take a moment to respond to your heartfelt farewell message and express my sincerest appreciation for the time we've spent working together. Your departure leaves a void that will undoubtedly be felt by everyone on the team. First and foremost, I want to congratulate you on your new opportunity.
We will miss you a lot. Thank you for making this journey possible for us and helping us in every way possible. On everyone's behalf, I would like to conclude by wishing you all the best for your future endeavours.
